Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MAA SARASWATI ACADEMY AND TECHNOLOGY (MSAT), all payments made towards admission, registration, courses, training programs, certification, or any related services are strictly governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
All fees once paid are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
By enrolling in any course or service, the student and/or guardian fully agrees to this policy and confirms that no refund will be claimed in the future.
2. No Cancellation After Payment
Once payment is successfully made:
No cancellation request will be accepted
No refund will be processed
Fees cannot be transferred to another student or course
3. Non-Refundable Fees Include
The following fees are completely non-refundable:
Admission Fees
Registration Fees
Course Fees
Examination Fees
Certification Charges
Study Materials (Online/Offline)
4. No Refund Scenarios
No refund will be provided under any of the following situations:
Change of mind after payment
Student not attending classes
Discontinuation of course
Personal, financial, or relocation issues
Dissatisfaction after enrollment
5. Exceptional Cases
Refund is not applicable in any situation.
However, in rare cases such as duplicate payment, the management may review the request. Final decision will be taken solely by MSAT management and will be binding.
6. Legal Agreement
By making any payment to MSAT, the student/guardian legally agrees to this policy and waives any right to dispute, chargeback, or claim any refund in the future.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal courts only.
